Registration fees

The registration fee for three days includes gives you the best of both worlds. In addition to the immersive onsite experience—with access to all sessions, networking opportunities, and coffee breaks—your registration includes the full Virtual package.

In order to take advantage of the “early bird” reduced registration fee, please register by 31 July, 2025 at the latest.

Eligibility for student registration rates:

Being currently enrolled in a PhD, residency program, bachelor's or master's degree. Documents confirming this status need to be uploaded during the registration process to complete the registration. Accepted documents include an official letter of confirmation, issued by the institution, of current student or resident status.

Eligibility for ISPE members registration rates:

To be eligible for an ISPE membership registration rate, a person should hold an active ISPE membership status for the year 2025.

Registration fee includes: education sessions on Thursday, scientific sessions, posters, congress documents and book of program (electronic) and coffees during breaks.

Accompanying person

Fee includes refreshment breaks of the day and social event. An accompanying person is a spouse, family member or friend who will not take part in the scientific program, only the social events. Registered participants with the auto-confirmation email will receive the link to register their accompanying person.

Scholarships available - deadline for application 15 August, 2025

A number of scholarships to assist the attendance to the II ISPE LATAM Pharmacoepi Congress will be provided by the International Society for Pharmacoepidemiology (ISPE). The level and nature of awards for scholarships will be determined on an individual basis. The estimated time for the decision is after September 10th, 2025. Recipients will be contacted with details once awarded.

Payment options

Brazilian participants
Brazilian participants can choose to pay either by credit card or by invoice.
Invoice to Brazilian organizations will be sent as an electronical invoice (e-faktura) if possible, or otherwise as a pdf by e-mail.

Participants from outside BRAZIL
All payments must be made in REAL. Payment should be made by credit card.

We accept the following credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, Elo, Discover, American Express and HyperCard.

Cancellations and refunds

Registration fees are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the participant after payment confirmation.

Photos

There will be a photographer taking pictures of speakers at the lectures, and networking pictures of participants during breaks and poster sessions. If you don't want to be in a photo, please contact the conference secretariat Academic Conferences at least two weeks before the conference, and we will make sure to comply with your wishes.
